Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the specific goals, preferences, and needs of each client, focusing on holistic recovery.

• Utilize established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while remaining adaptable to client responses.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as indicated by ongoing assessments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually refine and improve therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
