Work Environment\n

This fully remote role provides flexibility in managing your work schedule. Our clinicians enjoy the autonomy of selecting their caseloads, which typically range from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. Engaging with clients primarily through telehealth services, you will also have opportunities for in-person interactions during group sessions, fostering a community of support and shared learning among staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring the most effective therapeutic interventions are utilized.

• Provide a variety of psychotherapy services, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams on treatment planning and decision-making, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Engage in telehealth consultations, utilizing secure platforms and electronic health records to maintain compliance and enhance care delivery.

• Perform regular evaluations of treatment outcomes, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to align with clients’ evolving needs.

• Act as a resource for clients, offering vital information about mental health resources, community services, and support systems.

• Document all clinical interactions comprehensively, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and quality assurance activities, contributing to the continuous improvement of practice and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique circumstances and fostering resilience through effective therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license to practice in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, particularly in a telehealth context.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health or outpatient mental health setting.

• Exposure to evidence-based treatment modalities and familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Skills in crisis intervention and experience with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
