Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that fulfill each client’s unique needs, therapeutic goals, and preferences, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address and mitigate mood-related issues.

• Provide valuable education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques, empowering them on their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to established therapeutic goals.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to continually enhance treatment efficacy and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Your empathetic approach will be central to building trust and rapport with clients as they navigate their mental health challenges, enabling them to achieve lasting recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
