Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health status, employing the latest criteria from the DSM.

• Providing short-term psychotherapy and counseling services for individuals, families, and groups, focusing on various therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to execute treatment plans, ensuring that services are accessible and timely.
\n
• Engaging in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, while collaborating with psychiatrists or psychologists for coordinated care.

• Documenting treatment sessions accurately and maintaining comprehensive clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment efficacy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Staying informed of best practices and innovative modalities in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
