Hollow Bay Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Fullerton, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy services in accordance with best practices, customizing treatment approaches to suit each client’s needs.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gather relevant client history and formulate individualized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.
\n
• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic family therapy methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of case managers, medical providers, and peer support specialists to ensure the holistic care of clients, sharing insights and coordinating treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation that complies with ethical and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and those set by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and Department of Mental Health (DMH).

• Participate actively in weekly clinical supervision sessions and peer consultation groups, engaging in ongoing training to continuously improve clinical skills and knowledge.

• Contribute to a clinic culture that values clinician well-being, creativity, and the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships.

As a member of the Hollow Bay Wellness team, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds and communities. We are particularly committed to serving underserved populations, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, ensuring that our therapeutic practices are culturally responsive and trauma-informed.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of California is required (no associate registrations or pending licenses will be considered).

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient, community mental health, or private practice setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of family systems theory, trauma-informed care practices, and culturally competent therapy approaches.
\n
• Experience working with diverse and marginalized populations, enhancing your ability to connect and resonate with a wide range of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems is favorable, along with comprehension of Medi-Cal documentation standards.

• Knowledge of current trends in behavioral health and an openness to integrating innovative approaches into your clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a fee-for-service compensation model based on caseload.
