Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify emotional, psychological, and relational issues, establishing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and narrative therapy, adapting your techniques to benefit diverse clients.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and administrative staff to create integrated care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, fostering a collegial atmosphere that encourages ongoing learning and growth.

• Support clients experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is varied, encompassing individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups. The LMFT will engage with clients who are coping with mental health issues, relational difficulties, and life transitions, aiming to create a safe space for healing and connection. The therapist's ability to demonstrate cultural competence will enhance the effectiveness of the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current and active California LMFT license is a requirement.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in outpatient, private practice, or community mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
