Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop client-specific treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy sessions, ensuring documentation is in line with clinic protocols, which includes diagnosis, treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, balancing individual sessions, group therapy, and family therapy as appropriate, optimizing client outcomes through diverse modalities.

• Collaborate with fellow professionals, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate services that address the comprehensive needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
