Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, setting clear, achievable goals and targeted interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to deliver seamless, coordinated care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as required, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Beginning Couples Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
