Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and determine appropriate timelines for discharge.

• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring their implementation and outcomes.

• Document client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates, maintaining accurate and timely records in compliance with best practices.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential client history and inform treatment planning.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address any challenges in practice.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on outpatient clients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role requires a strong commitment to facilitating positive change, and you will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues through individualized therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, unrestricted and independent.
\n
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfort and competence in conducting and completing intake assessments.
\n
