Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Licensed Professional Counselor will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate supportive and interactive group therapy sessions, helping clients share experiences and foster communal healing.

• Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one counseling, assisting clients in exploring thoughts and feelings while developing actionable coping strategies tailored to their needs.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized and goal-driven treatment plans, addressing their specific mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to evaluate and document clients' progress effectively, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, engaging in regular communication and coordinated care to ensure comprehensive treatment in complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults, particularly those aged 18 to 30, who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. By providing evidence-based and holistic treatment options within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we aim to inspire hope and empower our clients to achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong ability to communicate empathetically and effectively with clients and their families.

• Solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and treatment planning methodologies.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling preferred but not required.

Experience working with a young adult population and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices are highly desirable. Familiarity with multidisciplinary approaches in mental health care will enhance your ability to contribute effectively within our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, flexible scheduling, and support for continuing education and professional development.
