Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular review sessions with clients to monitor therapeutic progress, stabilize treatment, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and continuously assess person-centered treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Carry out initial intake assessments to determine client needs and potential treatment strategies.
\n
• Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster positive outcomes.
\n
• Participate in one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve client health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Harmony Reach Services, you will serve a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Our goal is to provide care in the least restrictive environment possible, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported throughout their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and client management, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families, tailored to their unique situations and needs.
\n
• Confidence and competence in conducting intake assessments that inform treatment planning and service delivery.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in previous roles.

• Experience with specific therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with documentation standards and best practices in mental health care.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
