Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans that address the specific issues faced by your clients.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that involve both couples and individuals, focusing on communication improvement, conflict resolution, and providing strategies for coping with challenges.

• Addressing a variety of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, adjustment to separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes in adherence to clinic standards and policies.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and staying updated with the latest developments in the field to enhance treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your patient interactions will encompass a wide range of mental health issues, ensuring that you gain a holistic understanding of family dynamics and effectively address each unique situation. You will play a crucial role in supporting blended families, navigating challenges associated with divorce, and helping individuals heal from trauma.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
