Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with the CDRP/S treatment team to present treatment strategies for review, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals.

• Engage in clinical case conferences to discuss client progress, share insights, and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches.

• Facilitate educational sessions focused on chemical dependency to empower clients and their families with knowledge and coping strategies.

• Deliver supportive counseling services through individual and group settings, addressing a range of chemical dependency challenges.

• Conduct family therapy sessions, including adolescent, significant other, and multi-family interventions to strengthen relationships and promote healing.

• Provide comprehensive case management by coordinating resources and referrals to enhance client support systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
