Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring a secure and supportive virtual environment.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and resources to clients experiencing acute situations, ensuring they receive timely support and referrals to community resources.

• Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records that reflect treatment progress and comply with local and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of clinicians and support staff to deliver holistic care that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

The clients we serve range from those dealing with mild stressors to individuals facing significant mental health crises. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Washington state LCSW license is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
