Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will engage with clients in various capacities, including:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions for couples and families, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, job stress, grief, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with both partners together and individually, enhancing the therapeutic alliance.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes effectively using our electronic health record system.

• Providing guidance and support for clients dealing with challenges such as separation, divorce, and family conflict resolutions.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents struggling with various issues, such as:

Qualifications\n
