Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess diagnosis and develop individualized treatment plans in line with best practices and company policies.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring each session is productive and tailored to client needs.

• Provide high-quality customer service, actively collaborating with fellow clinicians and staff to align treatment plans with community resources and client objectives.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to support clients in their journey toward personal growth and to help them achieve their goals.

• Document each session meticulously, including ongoing treatment reviews, case notes, and progress evaluations in accordance with clinic policies.

• Coordinate treatment efforts with case managers, families, medical personnel, and external agencies when applicable, fostering a comprehensive network of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven skill in documentation processes, including completion of diagnosis assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
