Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Family Flourish Therapy, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions that include both couples and individual meetings.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of issues, including family conflicts, communication difficulties, and emotional distress.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs.

• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaborative case discussions with fellow therapists to enhance service delivery.

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
