Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individualized therapy sessions with couples and families, focusing on common issues such as conflicts between family members, communication barriers, and adjustment to divorce.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that address specific familial and individual challenges, such as grief and loss, blended family adaptation, and job-related stress.

• Providing insight and counseling based on evidence-based methodologies that enhance patient engagement and facilitate emotional healing.

• Utilizing telemedicine capabilities to offer services to clients regardless of their location, ensuring that therapy is accessible to all.

• Documenting session notes and therapy progress in compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to refer clients to additional resources when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. You will specialize in issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Family Flourish Therapy, we believe in rewarding our therapists fairly for their expertise and dedication. The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually. In addition to competitive earnings, we offer:
