Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, to address client concerns effectively.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to devise comprehensive care plans.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, including risk assessments, safety planning, and emergency support.

• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with essential community resources, along with offering case management support.
