Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in addressing their mental health challenges and addiction issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and circumstances of each client, promoting effective recovery strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in distress, offering support and making appropriate referrals to additional resources, such as inpatient treatment or community support services.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reflective of treatment progress.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions aimed at enhancing your clinical competencies and facilitating a high standard of care for all clients.

Qualifications\n
