Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via telehealth video chat.

• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to address client needs.

• Develop personalized and actionable treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of your clients while ensuring they are achievable.

• Assist clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal dynamics, focusing on their personal growth and self-awareness.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective coping mechanisms are established.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking assistance for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal challenges. The goal is to support clients in cultivating skills that enhance their overall quality of life and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active state-issued mental health counseling license allowing you to practice independently. We require that applicants possess legitimate licenses such as LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC.

• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates should have no history of disciplinary actions against their counseling license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate nature.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
\n
• Access to a reliable computer with a webcam and audio capabilities, along with stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with advanced therapeutic competencies, particularly in telehealth settings, will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic documentation and treatment planning is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This is a full-time position offering a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with your experience and the hours you commit. Additional benefits include:
