Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific needs and preferences, and outline clear, measurable goals for their mental health journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during sessions, adapting strategies as necessary to improve engagement and outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing insight into treatment options, coping mechanisms, and self-care strategies that empower them in their recovery.

Qualifications\n
