Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing skills that enhance their quality of life. The diversity of our clients requires therapists who are adaptable and culturally competent, able to address various emotional and psychological needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, etc.).

• Valid and active state-issued mental health counseling license, including but not limited to LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC.

• Please note that we do not accept limited/provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic, compassionate demeanor.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using telehealth platforms.
\n
• Access to a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual counseling sessions, alongside a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience. Additional training in evidence-based treatment modalities or working with diverse populations will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, which may vary based on hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. Other benefits include weekly direct deposit for pay, minimal administrative paperwork due to our efficient systems, and guidance from our onboarding specialists to have you ready to see clients in as little as 1-3 days.
