Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, effectively developing individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress regularly, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or encounter accessibility challenges, making it easier to receive ongoing support.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
