Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' unique mental health needs using tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Create, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that address individual, couple, or family dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through individual, couples, and family sessions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' progress by maintaining meticulous and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by communicating effectively with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to coordinate treatment and share insights.

• Adhere to the highest standards of ethical practice, ensuring compliance with state regulations, confidentiality, and quality service delivery.

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is essential, which may include but is not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
