Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients in a virtual setting.

• A strong sense of empathy, compassion, and an understanding nature towards the experiences and challenges faced by clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management proficiency to ensure effective handling of therapy sessions and documentation in a remote environment.
