Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing our Mental Health Counselors to conduct sessions from the comfort of their homes while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required as client appointments dictate.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique situations, needs, and goals, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect this understanding.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
