Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work environment while still ensuring that our therapists are connected and supported as part of a cohesive team. You will have the autonomy to manage your daily schedule, typically working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. We utilize advanced telehealth technologies to enhance our services, facilitating seamless communication and care delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand individual client needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide quality care to individuals and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that improve community engagement and foster connections among patients facing similar challenges.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, creating safety plans and support mechanisms during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and available resources in the community to empower their self-care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative practices and improve patient outcomes.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health therapy, applying knowledge to enhance clinical skills and service delivery.

The patients you will serve encompass a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
