Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring therapeutic practices align with clients’ goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to enhance holistic care approaches and keep informed about each client’s progress.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops to stay current with mental health best practices and research advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies to manage client documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload demand. Additional benefits include:
