Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients’ needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and couple’s therapy, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that promotes healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative case management sessions to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, trainings, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of current mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving diverse populations, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and more. Many of our clients come from underserved communities, where access to mental health resources is limited. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings.

• Sound knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
