Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clear Sky, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial evaluations to understand barriers to treatment, health status, and resource utilization.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities.
\n
• Providing ongoing consultation regarding patient psychosocial functioning to medical and support staff, facilitating integrated care plans that promote treatment compliance.

• Documenting all social work activities in accordance with departmental standards and maintaining accurate records in patients' medical files.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about the therapeutic process and available resources, assisting them to follow recommendations that promote optimal health.

• Coordinating advocacy efforts within the community, empowering clients to seek self-determination and access vital support services.

• Completing necessary reports and statistical data regarding case-related information as required by the department.

• Engaging in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise, attending training sessions relevant to assigned clinical responsibilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSWs work primarily with a diverse patient population experiencing a wide array of psychosocial challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
