Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that accommodates both client and practitioner schedules. Our electronic health record (EHR) system streamlines client information management, making it easier for you to maintain accurate documentation, track client progress, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards. While the majority of your work will be carried out remotely, you may occasionally be required to attend team meetings or training sessions at our facility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Draft, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and strategies for therapeutic progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups tailored to the specific needs of the client population.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, including risk assessments and safety planning to mitigate client distress.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical encounters to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

You will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve tailoring interventions to suit individuals seeking support for issues ranging from everyday stress and anxiety to more complex trauma experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
