Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain the specific needs of each patient, followed by crafting individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.

The therapists at Clear Pathway Counseling Services will work with a varied patient population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in New York.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
