This full-time position, located in Brookhaven, New York, allows professionals to work in a remote outpatient clinic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and appropriate community resources, empowering them in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support patient care and organizational accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A thorough knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
