Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Wealshire Behavioral Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling services to adults experiencing emotional challenges via secure video chat.

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to evaluate conditions including anxiety, depression, grief, and stress.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that are solution-focused and based on your clinical expertise.

• Facilitating sessions that encourage clients to explore their feelings and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and insight.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be serving at Wealshire Behavioral Clinic are primarily adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they are in a stable condition and require low-acuity mental health support. Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, independent license in one of the following areas: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R. *Note: We cannot accept limited or provisional licenses.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms, demonstrating excellent computer literacy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
