Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, actively listening to patients' concerns, and gathering relevant information to identify their specific needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
