Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and interview techniques, to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring therapeutic approaches and interventions based on clients' unique goals and preferences.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques.

• Utilize cutting-edge teletherapy platforms to deliver remote therapy services effectively and efficiently, ensuring adherence to compliance and ethical guidelines.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as required.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, advocating for their needs and mental health goals.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely documentation and treatment progress tracking.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your professional licensing.
