Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique goals and challenges.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing a range of proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring a measurable approach to progress and adapting strategies as necessary.

• Conduct teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility and comfort for individuals dealing with mobility challenges or living in remote areas.

• Document each session accurately and promptly, following ethical standards and regulatory requirements, reflecting our unwavering commitment to professionalism.

• Engage in continuous professional development sessions, attending workshops and training to remain informed on the latest best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse demographic, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds with a spectrum of mental health needs. You will work with clients facing challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship struggles, focusing on empowering them to achieve personal growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Illinois.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of safe and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ life experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, supporting effective management of client caseloads.
