As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work in a modern and supportive outpatient office environment, which allows for a blend of virtual consultations and office-based activities. We prioritize work-life balance, offering a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patient histories, needs, and goals, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address common mental health issues effectively.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and specialized team members to ensure holistic patient care through coordinated treatment efforts.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services, helping patients navigate mental health crises with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate patients regarding mental health conditions, treatment protocols, and resources available within the community to empower their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
