Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and identify their needs.

• Develop and implement individual therapy plans tailored to each client's unique situation and personal goals.

• Provide consistent and encouraging support to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate both individual and, where appropriate, group therapy sessions to encourage peer support and interaction.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and develop safety plans to address emergencies proactively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and substance addiction. Our patient population may also include clients facing life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Your role will be instrumental in promoting their mental health recovery journey and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling.

• Proven expertise in understanding mental health disorders and implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
