This position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions and patient assessments from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to evaluate the needs and conditions of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and support groups through telehealth platforms, creating a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with coping strategies during times of acute distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, linking them to community resources as needed for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in documentation practices.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including case consultations and training sessions to stay informed on the latest practices and research in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Detailed knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with proven proficiency in assessment and therapy techniques.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering psychotherapy to diverse populations, including sensitivity to multicultural considerations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
