Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to understand clients' mental health situations, using standardized tools to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a welcoming environment that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, offering immediate support and stabilization tactics.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous exposure to evidence-based treatment methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
