This position is entirely remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home. Utilizing our secure Simple Practice platform, you will conduct video therapy sessions and maintain consistent communication with clients through secure messaging. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Intercare, you will be working primarily with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including teens, adults, and couples. This role focuses on addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate their personal journeys towards wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work, along with active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• Two years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Notably, Intercare Health Services offers a supportive environment that comes with no overhead costs—therapists retain complete earnings with no fees deducted.
