Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to assist individuals and families in addressing diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop appropriate initial treatment and discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as outlined in client treatment plans, adapting approaches to different therapeutic scenarios.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy services in line with both facility and professional standards, ensuring revisions and updates are made as needed.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams during regular meetings to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Actively maintain an assigned caseload while managing the therapeutic progress of all patients, ensuring follow-through on treatment objectives.

• Address and resolve any patient concerns promptly while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude throughout the therapeutic process.

• Prioritize patient safety in all interactions and therapeutic procedures, upholding the highest professional standards.

Qualifications\n
