Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct and facilitate individualized therapy sessions via our telehealth platform, addressing diverse behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficulties related to executive functioning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies that align with each client's unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.

• Continuously update your clinical knowledge by engaging with ongoing training and best practices in telehealth interventions and behavioral health treatments.

• Manage high caseloads effectively by prioritizing tasks, ensuring quality service, and delegating responsibilities when necessary.

• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations, contributing to a culture of learning and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Evans Care Treatment Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
