Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, which may include diagnosing conditions such as depression, anxiety, or relational issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in coordination with clients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring all treatment protocols align with accepted medical and legal standards.

• Document all patient interactions, including care plans, progress notes, and updates in a secure electronic health record system, adhering to confidentiality regulations.
\n
• Provide case management support, including triage, referrals to specialists, and follow-up communications with clients and their families to enhance continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the team to discuss treatment progress and adapt strategies as necessary based on client feedback and clinical assessment.

• Participate actively in supervision and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and to refine therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on adults and children facing various mental health challenges. Counselors will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and establish effective treatment plans based on client needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients and their families.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume caseload environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
