Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage proactively with clients to identify early signs of distress and implement preventative strategies to divert them from crisis services.

• Maintain up-to-date crisis alerts to coordinate effectively with county crisis services and ensure timely interventions when necessary.

• Facilitate seamless transitions for clients moving to and from hospital and inpatient services, collaborating closely with healthcare staff to support discharge planning.

• Deliver high-quality teletherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet the individual needs of a varying patient population.

• Document clients' progress and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in clinical meetings to discuss patient cases and share insights to enhance overall treatment strategies within the team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , based on the complexity and volume of your caseload.
