Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize advanced crisis de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress, serving as the Clinician of the Day when required.
\n
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and craft individualized safety plans, ensuring that documentation reflects immediate needs accurately and clearly.
\n
• Complete same-day documentation for clients at increased risk of crisis service interaction, reinforcing timely care coordination.
\n
• Report critical incidents within 24 hours to ensure ongoing client safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Participate in an alternating schedule for after-hours phone support, providing essential care coordination for clients in real-time.
\n
• Proactively engage with clients to prevent the escalation of crises, fostering a therapeutic relationship focused on stability and growth.
\n
• Maintain and update crisis alerts in collaboration with county crisis services, ensuring seamless communication and support for participants.
\n
• Coordinate transitions between hospital and outpatient services when necessary, managing discharge plans and collaborating with hospital staff.
\n
• Perform additional duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the team's mission and client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
