Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and equipped with the necessary resources to ensure secure and effective client interactions. You will benefit from a Monday to Friday work schedule, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to meet patients' needs, fostering a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited for individual clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, consistent with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, to ensure the integrity of patient information.

• Collaborate with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources available to them.

Qualifications\n
