Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish their needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions that are tailored to the unique requirements of each patient, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans using our electronic health record system, ensuring timely completion of billing and insurance authorization forms.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to aid patients in maintaining stability and managing symptoms.

• Create discharge plans that help clients maintain their progress after therapy concludes, while ensuring continuity of care.

• Adhere strictly to federal and state regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures, to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training and continuing education opportunities, to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to share insights and improve collective practices within the organization.

• Ensure compliance with all licensure requirements and complete mandatory organizational training as necessary.

Qualifications\n
